If you are an existing customer of Document Genetics, who has registered previously, please follow this link.

If you are a new user of this website, before you can access the support area, you need to register. If you're not a Document Genetics' customer with a current support contract, you are welcome to register, but we will not grant access to the support area.

 To register please do the following:

• On the top right handside of this website, you will see the register link, please follow this link and complete the registration form
• We will then verify you are a customer with a valid support contract
• We will then grant access to this area and send an email confirmation - this will only be issued during normal UK working hours (9.00am to 5.30pm - Mon to Fri)
