Firstly you need to establish which of your customers are happy to accept invoices via email. The actual invoice can be delivered in PDF, Excel, Word, XML, ASCII text or CSV format - or any combination.

Formate e-Billing gives Flexibility - whatever format your customer wants their documents in Formate e-Billing has the intelligence to only email an invoice if your customer is happy to accept an email. If they would prefer paper, then the invoice is printed ready for posting.
