How does it Work?
Firstly you need to establish which of your customers are happy to accept invoices via email. The actual invoice can be delivered in PDF, Excel, Word, XML, ASCII text or CSV format - or any combination.

Print, Email, or FAX
Formate e-Billing has the intelligence to only email an invoice if your customer is happy to accept an email. If they would prefer paper, then the invoice is printed ready for posting.
Invoices or other documents can also be delivered via FAX or published to a web site, if this is the preferred method of delivery.
