infoRouter 10 Cool Ideas workshop is a big success

On Tuesday of this week (23rd April) Document Genetics ran a full day workshop to a group of customers at their offices in Northampton.
We aimed to make it a productive, interactive and informative day.

We aimed to make it a productive, interactive and informative day. Topics that were covered included:
- Developing customised portals both for internal users and external partners
- Creating "Flash Presentation" layers
- Creating infoRouter workflows
- Polling POP3 mailboxes - possible applications
- Scanning documents into infoRouter - from the infoRouter ScanStation through to advanced OCR/barcode recognition using Kodak Capture Pro and Abbyy FlexiCapture
- Scanning from MFPs into infoRouter
- Distributing infoRouter across multiple servers
- Automating the import of data into infoRouter using the infoRouter HotFolders service
- Classifying and indexing documents - tips and best practice
- The linking to other systems and the infoRouter API
