As an existing infoRouter user, we hope you're realising many tangible benefits from deploying infoRouter software, but often much more can be achieved!
What's your infoRouter wish list? You know the things you'd really like to do in an ideal world.
Well, by way of a kick-start, we've put together a workshop entitled "10 Cool Ideas" to be held on the 23rd April 2013.
The workshop includes, training, discussion, tips, and a question and answer session. We aim to make it a fun, interactive and informative day.
Topics covered include:
- Developing customised portals both for internal users and external partners
- Creating "Flash Presentation" layers
- Creating infoRouter workflows
- Polling POP3 mailboxes - possible applications
- Scanning documents into infoRouter - from the infoRouter ScanStation through to advanced OCR/barcode recognition using Kodak Capture Pro and ABBYY FlexiCapture
- Scanning from MFPs into infoRouter
- Distributing infoRouter across multiple servers
- Automating the import of data into infoRouter using the infoRouter HotFolders service
- Classifying and indexing documents - tips and best practice
- The linking to other systems and the infoRouter API
This workshop will be held at our offices in Northampton and will include all training materials and lunch. We will be running this workshop for a small fee of £395 + VAT per delegate.
