Eazipay give infoRouter an outstanding recommendation

 

"We needed a solution for the vast amount of filing that we generate here. As a Direct Debit Facilities Management Bureau, we must hold the original copy of every Direct Debit mandate that our clients customers' have signed.

When BACS changed their view, and allowed these documents to be held electronically we immediately called Phil and got him on the case. Joe Hyde invited me and a colleague over to the DocGen offices and a solution was offered to us through a high speed scanner incorporating infoRouter to manage the storage and retrieval of all our mandates. Phil then wrote a programme that could store the bank details of our clients via the BACS files we produce, so that when we scan a mandate in and start entering the details onto infoRouter, they are then automatically populated - it's like a miracle!!!!

This whole process has saved us acres of space and speeded up the whole process of filing.  Thanks again guys - there's no wonder why our DocGen pc still remains as GOD in our eyes."
