Breasley Foam is the largest independent foam converter in Great Britain. For over 30 years, they have provided customers with high quality products and excellent service to keep them at the forefront of the profession. State of the art machinery, combined with a comprehensive knowledge of foam conversion allows them to provide their customers with high or low volume, bespoke runs in a wide variety of foam grades.
Breasley Foam has purchased our Formate output management software to enhance the document output from their ERP System. The new Formate process will deliver invoices and statements electronically in a PDF format where possible - invoices will only be printed and posted to customers not willing to accept an electronic copy. Formate has also been used to add a barcode (containing the delivery note number) to the delivery note - this allows automatic recognition by their scanning process, which will improve the speed of processing and enhance the accuracy of indexing. The indexed delivery note is then archived into their SharePoint document repository.
Breasley Foam are confident the Formate e-Billing solution will have a payback period of less than 12 months. In addition, Formate will improve their document presentation, allow them to react rapidly to new business requirements and eliminate their reliance on their ERP vendor for document modifications.
