Eazipay is a BACS approved commercial Direct Debit Bureau and provide Secure Payment Services. They process £330 million worth of Direct Debits and their Direct Debit processing and collection volumes crashed through the £1 billion barrier. www.eazipay.com 

Customers since 2012, Eazipay use Formate eVo ERP Enterprise Output Management Software & infoRouter Electronic Document Management Software.

They tried to replace key business software systems and had two failed implementations via other software vendors. The Document Genetics Technical Team were then challenged to provide a custom developed solution which is now successfully used to replace the old business system.
