The normalisation of Business Automation solutions within most organisations appears to be upon us - IDC Research claims the number of digital workers (RPA, Bots, etc.) will increase by 50% by 2021 and a study by Forrester Consulting (Jan 2020) found that 66% of respondents are likely to increase RPA spending this year, with improving customer experience being the largest driver for investment in this technology.
