All Document Genetics staff are back at work now, but some are still working from home.
Although we are currently busy, we can accept some new project work. However, wherever possible we are providing sales, support, and project work remotely.
Office hours are still 9am - 5pm until further notice.

All Document Genetics staff are back at work now, but some are still on reduced hours and working from home.
We have been able to successfully manage customer projects and development requests throughout the period of the Covid-19 pandemic, and now have the capacity for new project work.
We are constantly monitoring the situation and will adapt according to government guidelines and look forward to hearing from you soon.

As of Tuesday the 14th of April 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Document Genetics will be operating at reduced staffing levels. Our primary focus will be on providing software and application support to our existing customers. Our ability to deliver new project work during this period will of course be impacted, but we will still aim to respond to customer development requests where possible. We are reviewing the situation on a regular basis and as soon as it's practically possible, we will return to our normal operation.

Now the COVID-19 virus has been characterised as a pandemic, we feel it’s important to share the Document Genetics business continuity plan with our customers.
Our priority is the welfare and health of our employees and the continuation of a high level of service to all our customers.
As an IT services company, we are in the fortunate position that all staff can work from their home if required to do so. All our core systems can be accessed and monitored remotely – these include our customer help desk system, email, instant messaging, phone, software repositories, CRM and financial systems etc. Most of our support work, development, and software implementations can also be carried out remotely if required to do so.
Given the possible impact of the COVID-19 virus, we have instructed staff to work where ever possible. We are constantly monitoring the situation and will continue to communicate with our staff, suppliers, and customers – our policies will evolve as we react to the current situation.
