Integrating OrderWise with DMS & Business Process Automation

Adding BPM to your OrderWise system
We’ve worked with an existing OrderWise customer who wanted to add Business Process Automation (BPM / BPA) and Document Management (DMS) to their OrderWise environment. They needed to stay ahead in the market, work smart and reduce the amount of paper in the business so we now provide the additional following functionality to their OrderWise system:
- Customer self-service portal: Customers can access 24/7 allowing them to search, view and download current and archived documents.
- Prove that goods have been sent: Automatically email the customer a consolidated PDF which includes the delivery note, Sales Invoice and signed POD as proof that goods have been sent, received and signed for.
- A document management archive to:
- Instantly search and view both OrderWise created and scanned documents e.g. Despatch notes, Sales Invoices, signed PODs, GRNs etc.
- Provide an Audit Trial showing who and when any user has accessed or amended the documents.
- Instant document retrieval from within OrderWise: Create an instant access button to view documents stored in the OrderWise archive.
- Despatch Notification: An automatic E-mail notification that notifies the client exactly what is being despatched.
- Effective EDI Integration: Create EDI processes for hubs such as COINS and Tradex.
- Purchase Invoices: Automatically extract data from Purchase Invoices using OCR technology and send them through an authorisation workflow.
- Additional reports: Such as Delivery notes with no POD, Missing Invoices and Delivery Notes.
- Customer Complaints: Linked to the document management archive, this solution will be used to log and resolve customer queries and complaints.
